The Tair Art Foundation is a cultural platform that includes a fine art gallery and an Art Lane library.
The gallery presents the works of modern Kazakhstani and foreign authors: paintings, graphics, sculptures, installations. The Hart Lane Library specialises in art books covering the time interval from ancient times to the XXI century. The peculiarity of this place is that it contains rare publications in English, French, Italian, Russian and Kazakh languages.
The entrance to the library is free, the work schedule is from 12.00 to 21.00 on weekdays.
